Emeka is a seasoned management consultant with a sterling 20-year track record, specializing in orchestrating large-scale transformations across Africa. His extensive experience spans both the public and private sectors, primarily focusing on strategy design and implementation as an Independent Strategy Consultant.
Emeka has collaborated with governments and regional bodies in the public service sector in East, West, and Southern Africa, leaving an indelible mark on their transformative journeys. His strategic insights have played a pivotal role in reshaping organizational landscapes.
Previously in the private sector, Emeka honed his skills in management consulting with McKinsey & Company, navigated the intricacies of strategic marketing management at General Electric Oil & Gas, and engaged in process engineering with the Royal Dutch Shell Company. Known for his creative problem-solving and analytical skills, he consistently delivers results in challenging environments.
He possesses an MBA from the International Institute for Management Development (IMD), Lausanne, Switzerland, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering, Emeka embodies a fusion of academic excellence and practical acumen.
